DANOZIO

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 29, 2026

This policy explains what personal data DANOZIO processes through this website (danozio.com and danozio.es), its YouTube channels (Volviendo a la Galaxia, Pigmento Criminal and DANOZIO Art) and its internal tool DANOZIO métricas, and how you can exercise your rights. If there is any difference between this version and the Spanish version, the Spanish version prevails.

1. Who is responsible

2. This website

This website is informational: it does not sell products or services, has no forms, requires no sign-up, uses no first-party or third-party cookies and runs no analytics or advertising tools. Fonts are served from our own domain.

Our hosting provider may log technical data for each visit (IP address, browser, date and page visited) for server security and operation. DANOZIO does not use those logs to identify anyone.

3. If you email us

If you send us an email, we will use your name, your address and whatever you tell us only to reply to you. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding. We keep the email for as long as the conversation lasts and for no more than one year afterwards, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

4. Our YouTube channels and how they are monetized

Our channels are hosted on YouTube, a Google service. When you watch a video, comment or subscribe, Google processes your data under its own Privacy Policy. As channel owners, we only see what YouTube shows any creator: public comments, channel names and aggregated, anonymous statistics (such as view counts or countries). We never receive your email address or other private data.

5. The DANOZIO métricas tool (YouTube API)

DANOZIO métricas is an internal application that uses the YouTube API Services to read the statistics of DANOZIO's own channels. By using it, its owner agrees to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

6. Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spain's Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and Digital Rights, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. Email us at danozio.art@gmail.com and we will reply within one month.

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

7. Visitors outside the European Union

If you live outside the EU, for example in the United States, you can exercise the same rights by emailing us. DANOZIO does not sell or share personal information with third parties for money or for advertising.

8. Children

This website and the tool are not directed to children under 14 (under 13 in the United States), and we do not knowingly collect data from children. Our channels are not made for kids.

9. Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with its update date.
